Abstract

Dispositivo de soldadura para mástiles cónicos o similares, que se presentan como tubos con ranura fabricados a partir de chapas previamente conformadas, en donde el tubo con ranura que ha de ser soldado para en el transcurso del proceso de soldadura a través del dispositivo de soldadura fijo con apoyo de sujeción y guía que se aplica en la ranura o rendija de soldadura, y es comprimido y sujeto a través de rodillos de compresión, caracterizado porque la guía está unida rígidamente con el bastidor del dispositivo de soldadura y están previstos varios rodillos de compresión que actúan radialmente sobre la envoltura del tubo con ranura, como componentes de piezas de compresión dispuestas repartidas por el lado de la periferia del tubo con ranura, estando fijada al bastidor una pieza de compresión con un rodillo d compresión ,mientras que las restantes piezas de compresión son desplazables en forma de correderas de modo guiado imperativamente en sentido radial con los rodillos de compresión.
