Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de análogos de prostaciclina de la fórmula I **(Fórmula)** en donde R1 significa hidrógeno, o un radical alcohilo de cadena recta o ramificado con 1 hasta 6 átomo de carbono, o un radical hidrocarbonado alifático insaturado de cadena recta o ramificado con 3 hasta 6 átomos de carbono o un radical hidrocarbonado cicloalifático con 3 hasta 7 átomos de carbono o un radical hidrocarbonado aralifático con 7 hasta 9 átomos de carbono, o un ión metálico, NH4 o amonio, fisiológicamente compatible, que se deriva de una amina primaria, secundaria o terciaria, R2 significa un radical hidrocarbonado alifático, saturado o insaturado de cadena recta o ramificado, con 1 hasta 8 átomo de carbono.
