Abstract

Procedimiento para la determinación de reactivos Fc, tales como factor de reuma, Clq y C3d, que se caracteriza porque se pone en contacto un líquido, que lo contiene, con un producto de desdoblamiento de una inmunoglobulina, fijado a un soporte, después de esto se separa el soporte y se pone en contacto el reactivo Fc fijado al soporte con un anticuerpo, que reacciona con el reactivo Fc, sin reaccionar cruzadamente con el producto de desdoblamiento de la inmunoglobulina, y después de esto se determina el anticuerpo.
