Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de coque de calidad primable, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: (a) someter un material hidrocarbonáceo líquido, pesado, que tiene un punto de ebullición inicial a 340ºC, a una operación de cracking con diluyente donador de hidrógeno; (b) separa una fracción de betún que incluye prácticamente todo el material 510ªC+ del efluente de la operación de cracking con diluyente donador de hidrógeno, incluyendo dicha fracción de betún parte de la fracción de gas-oil de dicho efluente; (c) pasar el resto de la fracción de gas-oil a una etapa de hidrotratamiento para hidrogenar la misma para que pueda utilizarse de nuevo en la operación de cracking con diluyente donador de hidrógeno; y (d) introducir dicha fracción de betún a una operación de coquizado retardado de calidad primable, en donde se obtiene coque retardado de calidad primable, constituyendo dicha fracción de betún al menos una porción de la alimentación a dicha operación de coquización retardada,siendo de hasta 30% en volumen la cantidad total de material que hierve por encima de 510ºC en dicha alimentación.
