Abstract

Un Sistema para re circular una suspensión que contiene sólidos de fibrocemento al menos a una máquina de fabricación de producto de amianto-cemento, derivados de los efluentes generados por al menos una máquina de fabricación de producto de amianto-cemento en una instalación de producción, siendo generados dichos efluentes durante la operación normal así como durante la parada y limpieza de dicha al menos una máquina, estando caracterizado dicho sistema por: un depósito de sedimentación de efluente funcionalmente conectado a dicha al menos una máquina , un sistema de retorno de agua clara para hacer regresar agua clara desde dicho depósito de sedimentación a dicha instalación de producción un depósito de lechada, medios funcionalmente conectados al depósito de lechada, medios funcionalmente conectados al depósito de lechada medios funcionalmente conectados al depósito de sedimentación y a dicho depósito de lechada, para proporcionar selectivamente a dicho depósito de lechada una lechada deamianto-cemento desde dicho depósito de sedimentación, teniendo dicha lechada una concentración de sólidos de amianto-cemento por encima de una concentración predeterminada, medios asociados con dicho depósito de lechada para mantener una concentración de dichos sólidos en dicho depósito de lechada en una magnitud igual o menor que dicha concentración predeterminada y medios para proporcionar selectivamente a dicha al menos una máquina un flujo controlado de la lechada desde dicho depósito de la lechada.
