Abstract
1. Un procedimiento para la preparación de 5,8-dihidro-6, 6-8- trimetil-5,-8-etano-6H-pirano [4,3-e]- as-triazinas y sus 4- óxidos de fórmula I, **(Fórmula-01)** en donde: R1 y R2, que pueden ser idénticas o diferentes, significan, cada una, hidrógeno, flúor, cloro, alquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, alcoxi de cadena lineal de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, animo, nitro o trifluormetilo, con la condición de que (I) cuando una de R1 y R2 es nitro, el símbolo restante no es nitro o trifluormetilo, y (II) cuando una de R1 y R2 es ter-butilo o triofluormetilo, el símbolo restante no es trifluormetilo en un átomo de carbono contiguo o ter-butilo en un átomo de carbono contiguo cuyo procedimiento comprende: a) hacer reaccionar un compuesto de fórmula II, **(Fórmula-02)** con un compuesto de fórmula III, **(Fórmula-03)** en donde R1 y R2 son los definidos anteriormente y R3 es metilo o etilo, en un disolvente orgánico inerte y en atmósfera inerte para obtener un N-óxido de triasina de fórmula (Ia) **(Fórmula-04)** donde R1 y R2 son los definidos anteriormente; b) y si se desea hacer reaccionar el producto procedente de la etapa anterior con ciclohexeno en presencia de un catalizador de metal noble, en un disolvente orgánico inerte y en atmósfera inerte.1. A procedure for the preparation of 5,8-dihydro-6, 6-8-trimethyl-5,-8-ethane-6H-pyrano[4,3-e]-as-triazines and their 4-oxides of the formula I, **(Formula-01)** where: R1 and R2, which can be identical or different, each mean hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, linear chain alkoxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, animo, nitro or trifluoromethyl, provided that (I) when one of R1 and R2 is nitro, the remaining symbol is not nitro or trifluoromethyl, and (II) when one of R1 and R2 is tert-butyl or triofluoromethyl, the remaining symbol is not trifluoromethyl on a contiguous carbon atom or tert-butyl on a contiguous carbon atom which process comprises: a) reacting a compound of formula II, **(Formula-02)* * with a compound of formula III, **(Formula-03)** in which R1 and R2 are as defined above and R3 is methyl or ethyl, in an inert organic solvent and in an inert atmosphere to obtain a triasin N-oxide of formula (Ia) **(Formula-04)** where R1 and R2 are those previously defined; b) and if it is desired to react the product from the previous stage with cyclohexene in the presence of a noble metal catalyst, in an inert organic solvent and in an inert atmosphere.
