Abstract

Un dispositivo perfeccionado para la conexión de tubo de material plástico estando caracterizado el dispositivo por un cuerpo cilíndrico con sus superficie interior rebajada en un extremo para definir una superficie de apoyo, un revestimiento de soporte con un cuerpo para la inserción en un tubo que ha de ser conectado y una pestaña que se extiende lateralmente en un extremo del cuerpo, que define un resalte contra el que se apoya un anillo de cierre elástico, siendo tal la disposición que el tubo y el revestimiento pueden ser insertados dentro del cuerpo con el anillo de cierre entre la pestaña del revestimiento y la superficie de apoyo del cuerpo, incluyendo el dispositivo, además, un anillo de compresión para su colocación alrededor de la periferia del tubo y una tuerca de seguridad aplicable con el tambor y que sirve para mover el anillo de compresión al extremo del tambor que tiene una superficie cónica hacia dentro para efectuar la compresión del anillo contra la superficieexterior del tubo para asegurar el mismo al dispositivo y para forzar el tubo sobre el revestimiento con una aplicación de cierre simultánea del anillo de cierre entre la pestaña y el apoyo.
