Abstract

Procedimiento para la determinación del contenido de hemoglobina de una muestra de sangre, empleando un reactivo que al incorporar dosificadamente la muestra de sangre proporciona una coloración característica, que se caracteriza por una solución alcalina, acuosa, a la que se ha añadido un detergente no iónico, soluble en agua, con lo que todos los derivados de hemoglobina y hemo-derivados (que aparecen en la sangre) son transformados en un producto final homogéneo con un marcado máximo de absorción en el margen espectral visible, procedimiento en el que la muestra es hemolizada mediante adición de una solución alcalina, acuosa y la hematina alcalina es determinada fotométricamente, que se caracteriza porque a la solución alcalina acuosa se añade un detergente no-iónico, soluble en agua, con lo que todos los derivados de hemoglobina y hemo-derivados (que aparecen en la sangre) son transformados en un producto final homogéneo con un marcado máximo de absorción en el margen espectral visible,en el que se realiza la medición fotométrica.
