Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de nuevas composiciones para moldes y noyos en fundición, que comprenden arena y un aglutinante a base de un silicato alcalino y un agente endurecedor, caracterizado porque se homogeneizan íntimamente 90 a 98 partes en peso de arena con 2 a 10 partes en peso de un aglutinante constituido preferentemente por una disolución de relación ponderal Si02/Na2O comprendida entre 2 y 2,7 y 0,5 a 5% en peso, de preferencia 0,8 al 1,7%, de un agente para el vaciado o limpieza de arena, constituido, al manos en parte, por una alúmina de granulometría media inferior a 40 micras, preferentemente comprendida entre 0,2 y 5 micras y un agente endurecedor reactivo con el silicato, opcionalmente diluido entre el 2 y el 20% en un disolvente regulador de la citada reactividad con el silicato alcalino.
