Abstract

1. Procedimiento para la preparación de compuestos derivados de 1-acetoxi-1-metil-ciclohexano de la formula general **(Fórmula-01)** en donde R representa butilo secundario, butilo terciario o ciclohexilo, que constituye la materia activa en la preparación de composiciones odorantes caracterizado porque comprende tratar un compuesto de la fórmula general **(Fórmula-02)** en donde R tiene el significado antes indicado, con un agente acetilante, de preferencia con un haluro de acetilo convenientemente en presencia de una base orgánica tal como una amina terciaria, un acetato de metal alcalino o un acetato alcalinotérreo, o con anhídrido acético, preferentemente en presencia de un catalizador tal como el ácido fosfórico y si se desea, en un disolvente orgánico inerte.
