Abstract
Un procedimiento para tratar una película de resina sintética tubular o plana, que consta de al menos una capa, con un conjunto de eléctrodos que comprende al menos un par de electrodos que están separados y opuestos entre si y a los que se aplica una corriente de altivo voltaje, caracterizado por activar la superficie interior de la película, que no está en contacto con dichos electrodos, por medio de una descarga en corona o luminiscente, en presencia de un gas situado entre las superficies interiores de la película separadas y opuestas una a otra, al mismo tiempo que se hace avanzar dicha película tubular o película plana de doble capa manteniendo la superficie exterior de dicha película tubular o la superficie exterior de cada capa de dicha película plana en contacto con dichos electrodos.
