Abstract

A rotary cutting unit for a dry- shaver comprises a cutting member (21) having a central body 24 with a plurality of cutters (25) distributed around it, and a plurality of hair-pulling blades (23) each of which is arranged in front of an associated one of the cutters and is carried by an arm (27) which is secured to the central body of the cutting member and which is movable to permit movement of the hair-pulling blade away from and towards the shear plate of the dry-shaver when the unit is mounted in a dry shaver and wherein, each arm is bent at at least two points (30 and 31) along the arm.
