Abstract
Procedimiento de obtención de un ácido N-carbetoxi-[alfa-aminofenilacético] óptimamente activo, caracterizado porque se prepara una solución sobresaturada de ácido N-carbetoxi-[DL-alfa-aminofenilacético] en un disolvente inerte frente a este ácido; se provoca en esta solución la cristalización selectiva de uno de los enantiómeros por adición de gérmenes cristalinos del enantiómero; y después de la cristalización, se separan los cristales formados de ácidos cuya actividad corresponde a la del enantiómero añadido.
