Abstract

Esterilla fibrosa para la fabricación en seco de cuerpos moldeados comprimidos, que constan de capas de fibras de celulosa, especialmente de lignocelulosa, previamente consolidadas que están unidas y con una capa de soporte deformable, estando dispuesta la capa de soporte de modo firmemente adherente entre dos capas de fibras, y teniendo la esterilla fibrosa un gran número de zonas regularmente distribuidas con sección transversal disminuida, caracterizada porque la capa de soporte consiste en hilos individuales que se cruzan, unidos entre sí en los puntos de cruce, de manera tal que la deformabilidad de la capa de soporte es determinada por la suma de sus deformaciones de mallas.
