Abstract

Máquina para el decapado mecánico, con ayuda de laminación, de hilos metálicos, que comprende: medios independientes para el arrastre del hilo; medios de decapado mecánico; medios para la laminación de los hilos metálicos en función de decapado, siendo arrastrados dichos medios en movimiento de trabajo por el hilo que avanza, caracterizada porque los medios de decapado mecánico están constituidos por al menos un grupo de decapado, que comprende: dos cepillos que se hacen girar (en sentido opuesto) por la acción de dos motores independientes, estando dichos cepillos dispuestos lateralmente y en partes opuestas al hilo y paralelamente al mismo; y medios para regular la presión ejercida por los cepillos sobre el hilo, caracterizada además porque los medios para la laminación están constituidos por al menos un grupo de laminación que comprende un cilindro fijo y un cilindro móvil dispuestos uno al lado del otro, siendo regulable la posición del banco del cilindro móvil, o perno, no giratoria, por medio de un tornillo de empuje, dentro de una cavidad o hueco de guía apropiado.
