Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en dispositivos para la división de fruta en dos partes, especialmente de frutos cítricos, de las que hay que extraer el jugo, caracterizados porque se constituye por un soporte en el que va dispuesta una cuchilla de tal modo que pueda penetrar por lo menos hasta la mitad del diámetro de la fruta, pudiéndose sostener la fruta a dividir en dos partes durante todo el proceso de división con ambas manos sin cambio de mano.
