Abstract

Un conector conjunto para fibras ópticas mejorado en el que se usa un terminal para fibras ópticas adaptado para ser acoplado al extremo desnudo de una fibra con recubrimiento plástico, el cual comprende un alojamiento tubular metálico, una primera y una segunda pieza cilíndricas insertadas de plástico montadas una a continuación de otra en el alojamiento tubular en el interior de cada una de las cuales hay un manguito ajustado con posibilidad de deslizamiento sobre el recubrimiento de plástico de la fibra y en el que uno de dichos manguitos tiene insertada una pieza metálica fusible con un orificio alargado para recibir el extremo desnudo de la fibra.
