Abstract

Dispositivo perfeccionado en una caja de exhibición para artículos enfriados y que tiene un canal de aire, que se extiende alrededor del almacén de artículos y sobre los artículos en la abertura de la caja, con ventiladores y elementos de enfriamiento en el canal, para realizar el método según la reivindicación 1ª, caracterizado porque la caja tiene medios para invertir el sentido del flujo de aire y porque están previstas guías en la abertura del canal dentro de la cual es introducido aire durante el funcionamiento normal, dirigiendo las guías en la descongelación y descarga del aire desde el canal al flujo de aire hacia fuera de la trayectoria de circulación y en el sentido de alejarse de los artículos en la caja, siendo la atmósfera de fuera de la caja.
