Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de un aglutinante para barnices y pinturas, destinados especialmente al revestimiento de metales férricos, esencialmente constituida a base de una dispersión acuosa de butiral polivinílico, caracterizado porque en su realización comprende, en una dispersión acuosa de butiral polinílico, reducir el contenido de compuestos hidrosolubles disueltos en la fase acuosa hasta un porcentaje inferior al 2,5% en peso respecto al polímero, en cuya realización se somete la citada dispersión acuosa de butiral poliviníco, previamente obtenido por métodos usuales, a una primera fase de ultrafiltración a través de una membrana semipermeable que presenta un umbral de corte comprendido entre 5.000 y 100.000 expresado en valor de peso molecular de proteínas patrón en un medio tampona neutro, en cuya primera fase de ultrafiltración se mantiene constante el contenido ponderal de materia seca, concentrándose después eventualmente la dispersión eventualmente la dispersión resultante en una segunda fase de ultrafiltración, hasta alcanzar un contenido en extracto seco preferentemente entre 35 y 50%.
