Abstract

Compuestos heterocíclicos con actividad farmacológica y a procedimientos para su preparación, así como a composiciones farmacéuticas que los contienen y a su uso en el tratamiento médico. Hemos hallado que ciertas imidaza [5, 1-f]-1,2,4-triazinasa y sus derivados poseen actividad espamolítica e inhibidora de la adenosina-monofosfato (CAMP) fosfodiesterasa cíclica. Por lo tanto, son especialmente útiles como broncodilatadores en el tratamiento de las enfermedades que implican la construcción del músculo bronquial, por ejemplo asma y bronquitis. Los compuestos también pueden ser útiles para el tratamiento del edema pulmonar y del fallo cardiaco congestivo y para la aplicación tópica, como en el tratamiento de los trastornos cutáneos, por ejemplo psoriasis.
