Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de derivados de cefem de la fórmula general I **fórmula ** en la que R1 significa hidrógeno o alcoxi de bajo peso molecular, R2 significa hidrógeno, alcohilo eventualmente sustituido, ftalida o un catión, X significa azufre, oxígeno o CH2 y A significa hidrógeno, alcoxi halógeno o un grupo -CH2Y, representando Y hidrógeno, aciloxi , alcohiloxi, carbamoiloxi eventualmente sustituido o un grupo -SR3 , en el que R3 puede constituit acilo, alcohilo o un heterociclo de 5 o 6 miembros eventualmente sustituido, caracterizado por el hecho de que se hacen reaccionar lactamas.
