Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de nuevos derivados de hidantoina de fórmula (I): **(Fórmula)** donde X es O ó S; n es 1 a 8; R1 es hidrógeno o bien CO2R1 representa un grupo éster donde el radical R1 contiene de 1 a 12 átomos de carbono; R2 es hidrógeno, alquilo C1-4 o fenilo; R3 es hidroxi o hidroxi protegido; R4 es hidrógeno, alquilo C1-9, cicloalquilo C3-8, cicloalquil (C3-8)-alquilo (C1-6), fenilo, fenil-alquilo (C1-6), naftilo o naftil-alquilo (C1-6), donde cualquiera de los radicales fenilo o naftilo puede estar sustituído con uno o más grupos halógeno, trifluormetilo, alquilo C1-6, hidroxi, alcoxi C1-6, fenilalcoxi (C1-6) o nitro.
