Procedimiento para sinterizar polvos de carburo de silicio, conteniendo boro o compuestos a base de boro como auxiliares de la densificación, para producir un material cerámico de carburo de silicio de alta densidad, caracterizado porque comprende la etapa de sinterizar dichos polvos en una atmósfera que contiene boro.
