Abstract

Perfeccionamientos introducidos en un dispositivo de acceso por haz de electrones que comprende una envuelta en la que se ha hecho el vacío, que tiene paredes delantera y trasera mutuamente separadas y sensiblemente paralelas, un anticátodo junto a, y sustancialmente co extensivo con, dicha pared delantera, y medios para generar y dirigir electrones a lo largo de una trayectoria que se extiende entre dicha paredes delantera y trasera y sensiblemente paralela a dicho anticátodo, caracterizados por medios de guía (36,64) a lo largo de todo la longitud de dicha trayectoria para confinar dichos electrones en un haz, y medios (41a, 68a) para desviar dicho haz de electrones hacia dicho anticátodo (28) en puntos elegidos a lo largo de dicha trayectoria.
