Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de alquinoles de fórmula general I **fórmula** dónde X significa F, Cl, o Br , n es = o 1, m es 0 o 1 y R (en el caso de m=0) significa hidroxialquilo con 1- 6 átomos de carbono, o ( en el caso m=1) alquilo, hidroxialquilo sin ramificar o tetrahidropiran-2-iloxi-alquilo, sin ramificar en cada caso con 2- 6 átomos de carbono en la parte alquilo, caracterizado porque un compuesto de fórmula general II **fórmula** donde Q significa un grupo hidroxi funcionalmente modificado y Z (en el caso de m=0 ) significa un grupo alquilo sustituido por el resto Q, con 1-6 átomos de carbono en la parte alquilo o (en el caso de m=1) alquilo o un grupo alquilo sustituido por el resto Q , en cada caso con 2- 6 átomos de carbono en la parate alquilo, y X, n y m tienen el significado arriba indicado, se tratan con un agente solvolizador en un medio ácido, neutro o alcalino a una temperatura comprendida entre -20 y 300ºC aproximadamente y a presión atmosférica , y porque, en casodado, un grupo tetrahidropiran-2-iloxi existente en el producto obtenido de fórmula I se disocia hidrolíticamente.
