Abstract

Un procedimiento de preparación de 1,3-dihidro- heteroarilespiro[isobenzofuranos] de fórmula I **(Fórmula)** donde R es hidrógeno, alcohilo de desde 1 a 6 átomos de carbono, alcoxi de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono, trifluorometilo o halógeno, R1 es hidrógeno, alcohilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono, fenalcohilo de 7 a 9 átomos de carbono, benzoilalcohilo de fórmula -(CH2)n - COPhR, fenoxicarbonilo, alcoxicarbonilo de 2 a 7 átomos de carbono, alquenilo de 2 a 6 átomos de carbono, cicloalcohilcarbonilo de 4 a 7 átomos de carbono, o cicloalcohilalcohilo de 3 a 6 átomos de carbono, Het es una estructura de anillo de 5 ó 6 miembros en la que 1 ó 2 de sus miembros son un átomo de oxígeno, nitrógeno y/o azufre, y n y n'' son numeros enteros de 1 a 3, cuya suma es igual a 3, 4 ó 5, y sus antípodas ópticos y sales de adición de ácidos farmacéuticamente aceptables.
