Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de revestimientos aislantes altamente resistentes al calor sobre conductores eléctricos, caracterizado porque el conductor se recubre con una solución de barniz aislante que contiene a) resinas de ester endurecibles en caliente modificadas con amidas y/o imidas de alcoholes polivalentes, ácidos carbónicos polivalentes con grupos carboxilos ligados en anillos aromáticos, b) aminas alifáticas en una cantidad que a cada grupo carboxilo de la resina de éster correspondan de 0,5 a 1,5 grupos de amino. c) Disolvente compuestos en una cantidad de un mínimo aproximado del 70% en peso de éteres mono y/o dialquílicos de mono- y/o dialcandiones con dos a cuatro átomos de carbono por parte alcanos, d) Catalizadores, en su caso agentes de igualación y/o aditamentos usuales y calentándose el conductor recubierto a temperaturas de objetos superiores a los 200ºC.
