Abstract
Procedimiento de obtención de composiciones sazonantes para mejorar y normalizar la calidad organoléptica de productos alimenticios, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: (a) hacer reaccionar furfuril mercaptan con óxido de mesitilo, bajo reflujo, para dar 4-metil-4-fufuriltio-pentanona-2 de fórmula: *** (b) diluir el compuesto resultante de la primera etapa con un vehículo sólido o líquidos.
