Procedimiento de obtención de pentametil-carbamato de quercetina, caracterizado porque el quercetín, de fórmula estructural: **(Fórmula)** previamente disuelto en piridina anhidra, se hace reaccionar con isocianato de metilo, y al precipitado resultante, se añade ácido sulfúrico diluido, se agita, filtra y lava, obteniéndose pentametil-carbamato de quercetina.
