Abstract
Mejoras introducidas en un método para construir un ferrocarril exento de balasto, que comprende una construcción en hormigón que forma parte de la subestructura y que posee unas cavidades receptoras de unos bloques de soporte en hormigón, a cuyas superficies superiores se fijan los carriles por medios de fijación, quedando situada una capa elástica, particularmente una capa que incluye celdas de gas cerradas, entre las caras inferiores y las paredes de los bloques, por una parte, y las paredes de las cavidades, por otra parte, caracterizándose dichas mejoras porque durante la formación de los bloques de soporte, se insertan unas hojas de material elástico destinadas a formar la capa elástica, en el molde de vaciado; porque estas hojas se revisten sobre las superficies interiores con una capa de resina sintética fraguable liquida, en particular resina epoxi, y porque se vacía el hormigón en el molde mientras se encuentra la resina sintética todavía en estado liquido.
