Abstract
Procedimiento para eliminar componentes evaporables de soluciones o fusiones altamente viscosas de sustancias termoplásticas por evaporación continua a lo largo de una zona de desgasificación calentada y separación en una fase líquida y una vaporífica en un recipiente separador conectado a continuación, caracterizado porque primero se calienta la solución o fusión de plástico en la zona de desgasificación gradualmente bajo una presión superior a la presión de saturación de los componentes evaporables a la temperatura que predomina en cada caso, por intercambio indirecto de calor a la temperatura de desgasificación y, a continuación, se evaporan los componentes evaporables en la zona de desgasificación bajo una presión inferior a la presión de saturación de los componentes evaporables a la temperatura de desgasificación, formándose un sistema bifásico de vapor y fusión, se elimina, luego la fase vaporífica en el recipiente separador conectado a continuación y se descarga la fusión de plástico esencialmente exenta de los componentes evaporables, calentándose la solución o fusión altamente viscosa de las sustancias termoplásticas en este procedimiento en delgadas capas de producto de un espesor de 0,5 a 4 mm a la temperatura de desgasificación.
