Abstract
Procedimiento para modificar polímeros de cloruro de vinilo, caracterizado porque polímero de cloruro de vinilo se polimeriza con un copolimero de injerto elástico como goma del (A) 40 a 70 partes en peso de una mezcla de monómero de 40 a 60 partes en peso de estireno, 40 a 60 partes en peso de metacrilato de metilo y 0 a 10 partes en peso de acrilonitrilo sobre B) de 60 a 30 partes en peso de un copolimero de 70 a 90 partes en peso de butadieno, 10 a 30 partes en peso de estireno, 0 a 10 partes en peso de acrilonitrilo y 0 a 2partes en peso de un monómero reticulador, teniendo un tamaño de partícula medio de 0,05 a 0,5 um, habiéndose preparado el copolimero de injerto por polimerización en emulsión de una mezcla de los monomeros (A) en presencia del copolimero (b) en forma de un latex con ayuda de un sistema catalizador, compuesto de un peroxidisulfato y una alcanolamina y de un emulsificante, que sea activo a un ph superior a 7, seguido de aislamiento de copolimero de injerto del látexmediante precipitación con un electrolito a un ph inferior a 7.
