Abstract
Improved procedure for the reconstruction of a worn tire, by means of the direct application of a pre-molded tread to the tire casing, a procedure that comprises the realization of said tread preferably with the respective surface, intended to adhere to the external surface of the tire casing, arched with a radius of curvature equal to the radius of curvature of said external surface, as well as, after application of the tread to the tire casing, the wrapping of the rebuilt tire, with a cover protector that wraps, adjusting them, the tread and the sidewalls of the tire, before introducing it into the vulcanization chamber, a procedure characterized by the fact that it comprises the following phases: - preparation of a sheet of adhesion material for fastening the tread to the tire casing with the use of reagents comprising, in addition to at least one unvulcanized binder material, at least one vulcanization accelerator and at least one vulcanizing element, a high percentage by weight of covulcanizing resins and an anti-burning agent capable of vulcanizing said unvulcanized binder material at a temperature around 100ºC and of making the reagents stable, and therefore preventing the initiation of the vulcanization reaction, up to temperatures between 35º and 40ºC. - fastening of said sheet of adhesion material, arranged on the inner surface of the tread, operating with rollers, and simultaneous perforation of the same sheet for air evacuation, imprisoned between the tread and sheet of adhesion material, through the perforations obtained on the same sheet of bonding material.
