Abstract

Novel alkoxyalkyldihydropyridine esters of the formula (I) < IMAGE > wherein the radicals R to R<4> have the meaning given in Claim 1, may be prepared by reacting an appropriate ss-ketocarboxylic acid ester with an appropriate enamine and an appropriate aldehyde, the corresponding acid addition salt being prepared, if desired, by means of an acid. The novel compounds possess a powerful vascular action, in particular a powerful coronary action.
