LA OBTENCION SE REALIZA MEDIANTE UNA SINTESIS EN OCHO PASOS PARTIENDO DEL (3-CLORO-4-METOXIFENIL) ACETONITRILO. COMO PRODUCTO INTERMEDIO SE OBTIENE EL ACIDO ALFA-(3-CLORO-HIDROXIFENIL) PROPIONICO, PARA EL QUE SE DESCRIBEN ADEMAS OTRAS DOS RUTAS DE SINTESIS DISTINTAS, LA PRIMERA PARTIENDO DEL (3-CLORO-4-METOXIFENIL) ACETONITRICO Y LA SEGUNDA DEL (3-CLORO-4-METOXIFENIL) ACETATO DE ALQUILO QUE SE OBTIENE COMO PRODUCTO INTERMEDIO EN EL PRIMER PASO DE LA SINTESIS A LA QUE SE HA HECHO REFERENCIA EN PRIMER LUGAR.
