Improvements in the refrigerant gas compressors, having a housing defining a rotor chamber in which a rotor is mounted for rotation, the rotor acting on a tilting plate connected to reciprocate a piston inside a pumping cylinder, the tilting plate extending in a lubricant housing within the rotor chamber, characterized in that the compressor comprises a gas and oil separator (10, 10 ', 13), a conduit (41, 42) extending between said separator gas and oil and the rotor chamber (3), a first step (13) for returning the gas separated by said separator to said pumping cylinder (22), and a second step (11) receiving the oil separated by said separator and that it is connected to supply oil to the compressor elements that rotate with respect to each other.
