Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de una masa de polímeros y copolímeros a base de cloruro de vinilo, de distribución granulométrica que comprende una población estrecha de granos de diámetro medio elevado, caracterizado porque se efectúa una operación de polimerización final bajo velocidad de agitación lenta sobre un medio reaccional formado al menos en parte por un prepolimerizado A, obtenido por polimerización hasta un grado de transformación del orden del 5 al 15% , bajo agitación de turbulencia elevada, de una composición monómera a base de cloruro de vinilo, introduciéndose en la composición monómera destinada a la preparación del prepolimerizado A, un compuesto auxiliar elegido del grupo formado por: a) el ácido acrílico y el ácido metacrílico, b) los acrilato de alquilo y los metacrilatos de alquilo, siendo el radical alquilo, eventualmente, portador de agrupamientos funcionales tales como alcoholes, epoxidos, eteróxidos, polieteróxidos, c) el dimetacrilato de etilen glicol y los dimetacrilatos de polietilen glicol, d) el dimetacrilato de propilen glicol y los dimetacrilatos de polipropilen glicol.
