Abstract
Improvements in the construction of curved roller frames for continuous molding, of the type that comprise each frame a plurality of frame sections that are assembled keeping an alignment relationship at the ends, means that support said sections, and sets of rollers carried by said sections and that define a path to guide the molded part as its direction of advance changes from a practically vertical line to the horizontal, each of said sections comprising a pair of opposing side plates and transverse elements joined to said plates to form a rigid structure each of said plates having a concave edge adjacent to said sets of rollers, characterized in that a plurality of transverse reference pins are arranged that project from said plates next to their concave edges and are located on the radius of the concave edges where the geom axes are located of the rollers, said dowels cooperating with templates while assembling the frame, to position said sections relative to each other, to position said support means with respect to said sections and to position said roller joint assemblies with respect to said sections.
