A liquid spraying device comprising: a rotatable container, said container having a receptacle for containing a quantity of liquid, a chamber for pressurizing liquid, and an opening for filling said receptacle with the liquid; an inlet conduit in said container for conveying liquid from said receptacle to said chamber, first fluid control means in said container that allow liquid to flow into said chamber; second fluid control means in said container allowing air to flow into said receptacle; a sprinkler cap rotatably attached to said container; a movable piston in said cover; loading means in said container that make contact for operation with a part of said piston to move said piston in said lid; a spray nozzle in said lid to discharge said liquid from said container; an outlet conduit for conveying said liquid from said chamber to said spray nozzle; discharge means in said lid to control the discharge of liquid from said chamber through said nozzle; actuator means in said sprinkler, arranged in said cap and extending inside said piston in said container; and grooving means in said piston and in said cover for sliding movement of said piston in said cover.
