Abstract
Procedure for obtaining antimicrobial agents for the treatment of textiles, with a bleaching effect, characterized in that the substances indicated below are combined with each other in the following quantities: 5-100, preferably 10-90% by weight of an antimicrobial efficacy component, consisting essentially of 0.05-25, preferably 0.1-10% by weight of a 2-hydroxy diphenyl ether, optionally substituted, of the general formula : **(See formula)** wherein R1-R8 signify hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine or bromine and furthermore, R1 also signifies a hydroxyl group, R2 and R6 a cyano group, R3 and R6 a carbomethoxy or carboxyl group and R8 a tert-butyl moiety; 25-80, preferably 30-70% by weight of a water-soluble H2O2-supplying percomposite; 5-60, preferably 20-50% by weight of an activator for active oxygen of the type of an N-acyl or O-acyl compound with 2 to 9 carbon atoms in the acyl moiety or of the type of carbonates or pyrocarbonates, whose activating effect, determined according to the test method described in the text, amounts to at least 3, preferably 4.5, existing in textile treatment agents for each gram-atom of active oxygen 0.05-2, preferably 0.1-1 and especially 0.2-0.75 moles of activator; 95-0, preferably 90-10% by weight of the other usual components in such textile treatment agents.
