Abstract
Tapadera para botes, que esencialmente se caracteriza por estar constituida por una pieza semiflexible, facultativamente de naturaleza termoplástica, formada por una superficie superior circular provista de un faldón extremo tubular y dotada de otro interior, más alto y concéntrico con aquél, que ofrece un escalonamiento en su pared, de tal manera que la parte más delgada, la exterior, encaja en la pestaña en forma de L del borde de la tapa de hojalata del bote, en tanto que cuando se suprime ésta al consumirse el contenido, penetra más profundamente en el mismo, quedando retenida por presión sobre su propia embocadura, a lo que ayuda la existencia de regruesados en el escalón intermedio.
