Abstract

Dispositivo fijador externo para osteosíntesis monolateral mediante empleo de clavos o tornillos colocados desde el exterior en los muñones y fragmentos de fractura, que comprende cuerpos portaclavos destinados a mantener bloqueado al menos un clavo colocado así como una estructura rígida externa de acoplamiento de dicho cuerpo portaclavos, caracterizado porque cada uno de dichos cuerpos está constituído por una sola pieza y presenta al menos un orificio pasante parcialmente roscado y en el que es acoplable a rosca una boquilla de sujeción por pinzas para la fijación de un clavo correspondiente.
