Abstract

1. Inyector para la introducción de una mezcla de gas y líquido en un aparato de flotación, con un punto de estrechamiento y un trayecto de mezcla a continuación de éste, caracterizado por las particularidades siguientes: a) el punto de estrechamiento se amplía bruscamente hacia el trayecto de mezcla, b) a través del punto de estrechamiento está guiado un tubo de aportación de gas centrado en el trayecto de mezcla, que acaba en el trayecto de mezcla poco después del punto de estrechamiento, y c) el trayecto de mezcla presenta un segundo punto de estrechamiento que también se amplía en forma de difusor. 3. Inyector según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque el trayecto de mezcla presenta una parte inicial cilíndrica circular y una parte de transacción adyacente, que une esta parte inicial con una pieza de conexión de sección rectangular y en la que está previsto el segundo punto de estrechamiento. 4. Inyector según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque el primer punto de estrechamiento es un diafragma o una tobera normal o de cuadrante, no ampliada. 5. Inyector según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque el segundo punto de estrechamiento está colocado asimétricamente respecto a la vertical en el trayecto de mezcla. 6. Inyector según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado por una caja de conexión, con sección básicamente rectangular, del inyector con el depósito de flotación vertical cilíndrico circular, con sección horizontal básicamente circular, en donde la pared radial interior de la caja de conexión está interrumpida por una abertura y acaba en un cilindro de guía colocado coaxialmente en el depósito de flotación. 7. Inyector según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizado porque la conexión del inyector con el depósito de flotación está prevista en las proximidades del fondo de éste y es básicamente tangencial. 8. Inyector para la introducción de una mezcla de gas y líquido en un aparato de flotación.
