Abstract

Correa para la transmisión de movimiento entre dos poleas, que comprende un cuerpo anular de material elastómero, caracterizada por el hecho de comprender un cuerpo anular de forma plana y reforzado con elementos lineales y continuos, flexibles y resistentes a tracción, orientados en la dirección longitudinal de la correa; al menos una pluralidad de aberturas formadas en el cuerpo anular, alineadas en la dirección longitudinal de la correa para engranar con protuberancias correspondientes de las poleas, cuyas aberturas ocupan parcialmente el ancho del cuerpo de la correa, estando el cuerpo anular provisto de elementos de refuerzo orientados mutuamente paralelos en una primera dirección inclinada respecto a la dirección longitudinal de la correa, y otros elementos de refuerzo orientados mutuamente paralelos en una segunda dirección inclinada respecto a la dirección longitudinal de la correa, de modo substancialmente simétrico respecto a la otra dirección.
