Abstract

Method for obtaining a filamentous material - of the kind in which a stream of a liquid polyurethane polymer, of terminal isocyanate groups, is expelled into an aqueous bath of diprimary aliphatic diamine, to perform an initial stabilization of the ejected material, in filament form, and this is then cured by the action of water - characterized by disposing in the stabilization bath an organic solvent selected from the group consisting of monoalcohols of 1 to 8 carbon atoms, glycols of 2 to 10 carbon atoms, and mixtures thereof.
