Abstract
1. Acoplamiento perfeccionado para mangueras, para la unión de dos miembros tubulares coaxiales (61, 64) en zonas de embocadura de los mismos, poesyendo uno de los miembros tubulares (64) una parte situada en la embocadura o en las proximidades de la misma, en la cual presenta un incremento de diámetro y consistiendo el otro de dichos elementos tubulares (61) en una caperuza roscada interiormente acoplada sobre la embocadura de dicho primer elemento tubular (64), comprendiendo el acoplamiento asociado con el elemento tubular (64), un miembro anular de retención (20) dispuesto alrededor, separado de la embocadura del miembro tubular (64) por dicha zona de diámetro incrementado y constituida separadamente con respecto a dicho primer miembro tubular (64), consistiendo el miembro de retención anular (20) en un anillo partido roscado interiormente, dotado de una ranura longitudinal (22) que se extiende según una parte de su longitud y proporcionando caras flexibles para permitir la expansión delmiembro de retención (20) para definir una abertura más grande en sección transversal que dicha zona de diámetro incrementado del mencionado primer elemento tubular (64), quedando retenido el elemento de retención (20) en dicho primerr miembro tubular (64) contra la retirada del mismo por rotación y/o deslizamiento longitudinal de dicho primer miembro tubular en la mencionada posición del mismo, mientras retienen dichas caras en posición de tope como resultado de su acoplamiento roscado con el otro de dichos miembros tubulares, en cuyo acoplamiento de caperuza roscada (61) forma parte de un conector de manguera y está dotada de una expansión hueca dotada exteriormente de nervios (62), destinada a recibir una manguera, quedando un anillo de cierre elástico (65) comprimido entre la caperuza y la embocadura de dicho primer miembro tubular, poseyendo la caperuza una pared extema de forma anular para la comunicación del interior de dicho primer miembro tubular (64) con el interior de la mencionada expansión (62). 2. Acoplamiento perfeccionado para mangueras, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dicho primer elemento tubular (64) está constituido a base de vidrio. 3. Acoplamiento perfeccionado para mangueras, según las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque dicho miembro de retención anular (20) está constituido a base de polipropileno. 4. Acoplamiento perfeccionado para mangueras, según las reivindicaciones 1, 2 ó 3, caracterizado porque el miembro de retención anular (20) está dotado de uno o varios cortes longitudinales (23) que se extienden según una parte de longitud de los mismos desde un extremo. 5.Acoplamiento perfeccionado para mangueras, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque el miembro de retención anular está dotado adicionalmente de una valona circunferencial (24) en su extremo delantero, en el sentido de la dirección de acoplamiento sobre dicho primer miembro tubular (64). 6. Acoplamiento perfeccionado para mangueras, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque el anillo elástico de cierre (65) está constituido a base de goma recubierta por politetrafluoetileno. 7. Acoplamiento perfeccionado para mangueras, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque dicho incremento de diámetro del primer elemento tubular (64) está constituido por un nervio de la embocadura del mismo. 8. Acoplamiento perfeccionado para mangueras.
