Abstract
Procedimiento para la refinación de grasas en volumen industrial por tratamiento de la grasa en estado líquido con álcali en solución acuosa, es decir lejía, caracterizado porque este t ratamiento se ejecuta continuamente porque se deja gotear la grasa subiendo a través de una columna de la lejía mantenida prácticamente a una altura constante y se suprime en ello la producción de turbulencia en la columna de lejía bajo la acción del goteo asecendente de la grasa a través de la columna.
