Abstract
1. Dispositivo para el moldeo de piezas cilíndricas por medio de un tubo de material deformable, partido longitudinalmente, que se caracteriza por el hecho de que dicho tubo es de una materia rígida y tiende a dilatarse transversalmente, de modo espontáneo, por la acción de su propia elasticidad, y por el hecho de preverse órganos de mantenimiento susceptibles, cuando cooperando con dicho tubo, de obligar a la cavidad interior del mismo a adquirir una sección contraída que corresponde a la de las aludidas piezas a moldear y, cuando no coopera con aquel tubo, a dejar que la mencionada cavidad interna adquiera una sección dilatada. 2. Dispositivo para el moldeo de piezas cilíndricas, según la reivindicación 1, que se caracteriza por el hecho de que el tubo transversalmente expansionable es de acero y ha sido tratado interiormente de manera mecánica, a fin de crear en él una tensión susceptible de permitir a tal tubo dilatarse en sentido transversal cuando el mismo se corta o parte. 3. Dispositivo para el moldeo de piezas cilíndricas, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, que se caracteriza por el hecho de comportar medios de apriete combinados con los órganos de mantenimiento o independientes de los mismos, que permiten el paso del tubo desde su sección dilatada a su sección contraída, y viceversa. 4. Dispositivo para el moldeo de piezas cilíndricas, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, que se destina a la realización de piezas tubulares constituidas por un estratificado de tejido flexible impregnado con resina polimerizable y en el que se prevé un noyo interior en el tubo expansiobable que sirva de mandril o ánima a aquel estratificado, que se caracteriza por el hecho de que el citado noyo es, a su vez, radialmente expansionable para comprimir dicho estratificado contra la pared interior del tubo partido durante la polimerización de la resina. 5. Dispositivo para el moldeo de piezas cilíndricas, según la reivindicación 4, que se caracteriza por el hecho de que el citado noyo expansionable posee una vejiga inflable conectada a una fuente de fluido a presión. 6. Dispositivo para el moldeo de piezas cilíndricas, según la reivindicación 5, que se caracteriza por el hecho de que la vejiga inflable va montada sobre un tubo rígido que le sirve de soporte, estando el interior de este tubo rígido en comunicación, por una parte, con la fuente de fluido a presión y, por otra, por mediación de orificios pasantes, con la cara interior de la vejiga. 7. Dispositivo para el moldeo de piezas cilíndricas, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, que se caracteriza por el hecho de que los referidos órganos de mantenimiento están constituidos por conteras amovibles aptas para aprisionar las extremidades del tubo transversalmente expansionable. 8. Dispositivo para el moldeo de piezas cilíndricas, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, que se caracteriza por el hecho de que los aludidos medios de apriete están formados, como mínimo por un collarín de diámetro regulable que rodea el mencionado tubo transversalmente expansionable. 9. Dispositivo para el moldeo de piezas cilíndricas, según las reivindicaciones 1 a 8, que se caracteriza por el hecho de que su actuación puede dar lugar a piezas cilíndricas tubulares compuestas por un estratificado tejido-resina polimerizable y destinadas a formar un cuerpo de biela, especialmente para aeronaves. 10. Dispositivo para el moldeo de piezas cilíndricas.
