Abstract
Un sistema para comunicar pedidos de servicio que comprende: un dispositivo de comunicación el 5 ectrónica, móvil y personal, adaptado para transmitir una primera señal para indicar una ubicación y una segunda señal correspondiente a un pedido de servicio; un procesador adaptado para averiguar aproximadamente la ubicación del dispositivo de comunicación electrónica, móvil y personal; una red de comunicación adaptada para recibir la primera señal y la segunda señal desde el dispositivo de comunicación electrónica, móvil y personal, y, en respuesta a la primera señal y a la segunda señal, transmitir un comando de iluminación; y un controlador de iluminación adaptado para recibir el comando de iluminación desde la red de comunicación y, en respuesta al comando de iluminación, controlar una iluminación próxima al dispositivo de comunicación electrónica, móvil y personal, por al menos una luminaria individualmente controlable en una red de iluminación, de modo que la iluminación próxima al dispositivo de comunicación electrónica, móvil y personal, indique visualmente el pedido de servicio.
