Abstract

Método de elaboración de filamentos textiles, caracterizado porque comprende las fases de proporcionar un origen o fuente de hilaza de filamento continuo sintética y molecularmente orientable hecha con un polímero termoplástico; el paso de modo continuo de dicha hilaza molecularmente orientable a través de una zona de alargamiento por calor en la que se eleva la temperatura de aquélla, que resulta atenuada en un grado predeterminado para aumentar así su orientación molecular, hallándose localizada la mayor parte de la atenuación en la zona en que es elevada la temperatura de la hilaza; deformación subsiguiente y de manera continua de la hilaza calentada y alargada en una configuración sinuosa al mismo tiempo que se enfría; y recogida de la hilaza en forma ordenada.
